Our facility is unique!  Because all of our members have their own, personal program sent to them daily, we do not have set "class" times or group fitness hours. Your workout should and can be on your own terms - when it is most convenient for you!  During our open hours there will always be a coach on the floor ready to help you through your workout.. They will teach movements and provide high level cueing and important guidance so that you are continually improving skills and refining technique. By design, this allows us to give specific and individualized attention to our members where they need it most!

You can never be late! You never have to wait on someone else, or a specific hour! When you are ready to sweat - just stop by.  At Honor Your Barbell, our method is simple - if we are open, you can workout.
