Our facility is unique. Because all of our members have their own program sent to them daily, we do not have set "class" times or group fitness hours. Your workout should and can be on your own terms - when it is most convenient for you! At Honor Your Barbell, our method is simple - if we are open, you can workout.

You can never be late! You never have to wait on someone else, or a specific hour! When you are ready to sweat - just stop by. There will always be a floor coach on duty ready to assist you through your workout, demonstrate and coach movements, and answer any other questions you may have. By design, this allows us to give specific and individualized attention to our members where they need it most!
