This is a program for those individuals who enjoy utilizing the strength sports - weightlifting and powerlifting - as their main exercise focus.  If you are a competitor, aspire to be a competitor, or just enjoy training the lifts and maintaining a linear progression of strength and technique - this track is for you.  In addition to lifting,  we will incorporate a handful of conditioning pieces that compliment and not hinder your strength program to ensure that we are keeping our cardiovascular system stimulated as well!
