How To Sign Up:

Grow’n Strong is a kids fitness program patterned after our General Physical Preparedness track that will focus on fostering and developing a child’s natural inclination to move and be active.  We avoid loading children (giving them weight) until they are moving well, and then we advance them to “objects” (empty bars, PVC pipe, light balls and plates, ect) until we feel they are ready to be loaded (usually no sooner than 10 years old).  Grow’n Strong will be a weekly program where youngsters will be taught proper movement, new skills, and  will learn to love and appreciate fitness - all while having fun!
