Getting Started Has Never Been This Easy


We are so glad you have come to Honor Your Barbell to begin (or continue!) your fitness journey. We are a community made up of all kinds of people from different backgrounds, with different goals, skill sets, and reasons “WHY” they are here. We want to learn more about YOU and your WHY! Our coaches are excited to get to know you and understand your goals and are experts in creating programs to ensure you are moving toward those goals each day.

If you are new to fitness - do not be alarmed! Honor Your Barbell is filled with friendly, compassionate and welcoming people who look forward to welcoming you into our community and teaching you how to honor your body and appreciate what it can do. Try us out with a FREE​ introduction and find out how truly rewarding it is to work hard and accomplish old and new goals.


Free Introduction

Your initial introduction with Honor Your Barbell is free of charge and full of information. We will give you a grand tour of our facility and answer any questions about programming you may have. We will briefly explore your goals and talk about the most productive and realistic way for you to accomplish them. Before you go, we will put you through a standard movement assessment that will explore imbalances and movement patterns to better help us understand you and how you move. When you officially become a member, we will use the findings of this movement assessment to create your personalized program. You will leave your free introduction gaining a lot more understanding of your own body with no cost or obligation involved!

This introduction is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What To Expect During Your FREE Introduction:

  • An introduction to everyone including members and staff!
  • A facility tour. Check out all the services provided by Honor Your Barbell.
  • A one on one conversation with a coach about fitness experience as well as long and short term goals.
  • An overview of our unique programming method. Why we do what we do and what makes us stand out from the rest!
  • A dynamic warm-up to get your heart pumping and primed to work out.
  • A very basic movement assessment (basic exercises, nothing too intense).
  • Specific information on how we transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle.

    Introductions usually last anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Please wear fitness apparel and plan accordingly!
