If you have current experience with a physical fitness program, Olympic Weightlifting, or Powerlifting, you are eligible to jump right into training after a quick introduction with one of our coaches. This introduction is what sets us apart from the rest!
Your first step in getting started will be to come into Honor Your Barbell Club for that introduction where we will give you a tour, discuss your goals and nutrition habits, answer any questions you may have, give you an opportunity to experience our gym, coaches, and programming, as well as run a functional movement screen. After that, we will create a program for you to start on right away!
Please take a look at our schedule to determine what time would be most convenient for you (most introductions last around 40-60 minutes).
(remember that if the interested client is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them for this introduction)
